I know for me that the iTaste MVP would last me for about 3.5 days, only a few times have I let it go all the way to red and die, now I tend to charge it overnight every two days or so, as I have said before the batteries in the MVP do not have a memory effect, so if you wanted to stick it on charge every night of few nights like I do it will not be harming the performance of the batteries in anyway.
From totally flat it takes about 3-4 hours, but once the light turns green on the device you can use it as a pass-through and it will still keep charging, have done it this way a few times.
The cable that comes with it is a bit short, I have a few mini USB cables that are at least twice as long as the one that comes with the MVP so I use one of those instead, and the longer cable works better if you do want to use it as a pass-through while it is charging plugged into your laptop or computer.
If you leave it till the indicator turns yellow you only have about 45 minutes vaping time left before it goes totally flat.
The links below will give you some useful information about the type of batteries in the MVP and why I say it makes no difference how often you charge it due to no memory effect.
I have been told that the MVP batteries have a 100% charge cycle of 300 times, so if you only charged your MVP when totally flat that mean you could be charged 300 times full charges, but say you only let it get to 50% then charged it then that would mean you would have to plug it in 600 times to get the 300 full charge cycle.
It's a bit like saying if you used a glass to fill a tank and it took 300 full glasses of water to fill it, but then you decided to only half fill that same glass, then it would now take you 600 half glasses to fill the same tank.
But the main thing is you do not have to let the MVP fully run-down before you stick it on a charge, they are not like the type of battries that you put in your lavatubes etc. that have memory effect.
